the forums keep crashing my browser... they've never done this before. i'm on 3 other forums and they don't do this. only these forums. also, no other webpage/website does this. the pages don't fully load 75% of the time and i have to restart my browser after every 3-4 page views cuz the pages won't load anymore... i'm sorry cuz this is a double post, but i can't seem to get anyones attention. it's either i restart my browser ever 5 min or don't go on the forums at all. at this point, i'm not gonna be on the forums as much as i usually am. i do have other windows open with other pages on them. i end up having to close the entire ie group when one of the windows with the forums refuses to load... it's getting annoying...

try deleting ur cookies and temporary internet pages...also clear history. u'll have to log in to everything that usually automatically logs u in when u visit, but it might fix ur problem...

i've done all of that... i get ie updates every few weeks. they are on auto download. i've checked for spyware and nothing comes up. i've done 2 virus scans today, the second being before i got online tonite. history, useless cookies, temp, ect. are all cleared i just did the cleanup wizard. the browser doesn't do this ANYWHERE else, just here. and also, see my other post about things not loading completely. it's been doing this for weeks now, but i chose not to b**** cuz i thought it was a temporary thing or it was on my side, but seeing as no other forums behave this way... i must blame these forums.

i keep getting lines of html code everywhere also

On a side note. I had the same problem on a forum I used to frequent. Same bb software. A few of us running IE would constantly get crashes. Never really solved the problem. It just kinda went away.

A Face- I found the MOST RECENT upgrade of IE to **** up my internet as well. I un-installed the IE update. go into add/remove programs, look for Internet Explorer (UPDATE NUMBER HERE)

uninstall it.

This JUST last night started to happen to me. I went to windows update and now IE is real fast. Do the update. I just did it 4 minutes ago and now it's great. I'm running XP Pro.

still ****** up. still the only place to do this. out of 3 places using vBull, this is the only place. it's on the forums side. NOW REMOVING FROM FAVORITES.
