Adjustable swaybar links?

I was at my local auto parts plus store and they had a set of Progressive Universal adjustable sway bar links with urethane bushings for $29. They did not have a fitment guide. Does anyone know if these would work on the rear of the Pro5? I've heard that the stock attachment on the strut is not very strong and I don't want to break anything.

From what little I know about it (I installed a rear sway bar) the only concern you might have would be strength (looking at the stock ones, it can't help but be better, ...) and length (the stock length should fall somewhere in the adjustable range).

Other than that, why not? Will it make much of a difference? I would think getting a larger sway bar would make more of a difference.
