Here we go now, so I decided to patronize one of our site vendors, (Adam at THMotorsports), for a set of Koni FSDs. Adam verified the information that I've been gathering from threads on this forum and since I am not going with lowering springs and only track the car about four times a year, the FSDs should offer better overall performance and handling for my daily driven MS3.
Although I may miss the adjustability of the Koni Sports, (Yellows), I'm sure that I won't miss the harsh riding trade-off. Besides, I am fortunate to have a 20007 Roush 427R Mustang with coilovers that I use for local HPDE track days and car shows only. Unless I adjust the dampers to a soft settting for street crusing or freeway driving it kicks me in the butt over speed bumps, railroad tracks and pot holes.
I will post pics of the before and after installation on our site as well as yelp and facebook. Finally I will give a track day performance after October 23, 2010 at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, CA. and Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA on November 12, 2010 to give you guys/gals my track feedback.
