A little help with lowering/rim option

Hey guys. I have a 2006 MS6. The tires on my stockers are just about gone, so I'm looking to do some upgrades rather than just replace the tires. Here's what I'm thinking of:

18 x 8 rims, 35 mm offset
235 /40/18 tires
Lowered on H&R springs, with Bilstein stocks
Fenders will be rolled btw.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Want to pull the trigger soon (tomorrow maybe).

That should not rub even without the fenders rolled. It might rub on the inside on the fender trim thing in the rear.. Then Again I wont ever buy HR springs ever again after my last car they are too frakking soft. Even with Konis set to full stiff the HR springs for me were not too good but they were way better than stock

I have the Eibach Prokit and they are great I had to roll the rear to keep from rubbing. Rims are 18x8+40
