99 Protege fog lights

i just got a 99 protege and was wondering if they ever came with fog lights from factory, and if anyone out there has any for sale, or suggested sites/links

to avoid making a new thread, ill just ask my question here. would i need to get a wiring harness of any kind to have this work with my 99 pro? it has never had the factory fogs and im wondering if that wiring will be absent.

they are a little rough for price lol, ill maybe check ebay, seeing as at least i now know that my year came with them, thanks
