98+ AT->MT swap help

Well if anyone followed me on the 626 forums I have a 2001 626 LX(FSDE auto) I took on the project of swapping in a straight neck KLZE and 5 speed trans. All the hard labor is done and she definitely rips lol. The only problem is the wiring and ECM I swapped in are from a 99 ATX v6 so I need to get around all the trans problems and converting a straight neck setup to work with 98+(coilpack ignition, EGR, etc). After bypassing almost everything you can imagine to get this working I'm down to just shift solenoid codes and turbine speed sensor code. I'm a well experienced technician so I understand most electrical pretty well. I know the ECM is looking for a certain resistance value for it to "think" the shift solenoids are in and in working order. I plan on using bulb sockets and wiring them in like solenoids because resistors just burn up under the amperage. if anyone has experience on what to do to get the codes out from an ATX->MTX(98+ mostly since it would be the same crank sensor as I'm using 97 and older are different I believe) swap it would be greatly appreciated. I tried wiring the turbine speed sensor to the crank but it just idles like hell and won't run right, maybe I'm doing it wrong? any help or experience on the subject would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
