89 323 engine hesitation

if my car seems to be misfiring could it be a injector problem or some i continue and remove the cap and plugs?
any sugestions?

When I first got my '87 323 the spark plug wires were crap and the spark was arching to the head through the sparkplug wire boots. I would check the wires and plugs first.
