60 ft times!

on street tires...feather with part throttle and tip in to full throttle.

on drag radials or slicks....rev to 4-5k dump the clutch and hold on

when you guys do a start? say you were to do a 4k start on street tires. right when you release the clutch do you guys floor it right away or wait until it grips and then floor it?

also dont hit the water or do a burnout on street tires its just a waste of your tires. Just drive around the waterbox.

so after you do a 3500 feather when do you go full throttle?

I go full throttle after intial spinning. By then I'm up on boost already.

2.1 - 2.2 on 16" P5 rims and dunlop tires

2.2 - 2.3 on 17" MSP wheels and bridgestones

2.0 - 2.1 on 15" 929 wheels with falkens

okay so this is my problem. I think launch at like 3500k rpm and go full throttle almost right after i feather or while im feathering the clutch. Ive done a 2.365 60ft.. is that alright? what type of tire pressure should i do? would you recommened not using the burn out box? What mods do you guys have?

do not use the burn out box...drive around it. do one small dry hop to clear debris...have tire pressure set anywhere from 20-24psi....depends on the track and conditions....2.365 isn't too bad but with some practive you can get 2.2x. practice on feathering the throttle...roll into the throttle don't go WOT.

Don't use the burnout box on street tires!!

i got 2.3s by just revving to about 3300 then dumping the clutch. I caught some traction until full boost then i spun a little into 1st and 2nd.

I really need to slip the clutch, and i could probably pull a 2.2

I get 2.3 consistently by launching with a clutch dump at 2500 RPM. I'll try the feather/roll-on throttle approach next time. I'll bet I could get 2.1 doing that.
