Finally BMW introduces a real 4-door rival to the RS4 and C63 AMG! Though honestly, I'm keen on a e90 M3 then the other options. Anyway, that's my say. What do you guys think?

RS4 all the way. I'm not a big fan of the styling of the E90, and I'll never put M-B on the same level until they give me a clutch pedal. The RS4 is just super-badass.

I'm an AWD / manual transmission fanatic, so the RS4 gets my vote in the end, but I have to admit that I'm LOVIN Mercedes' new styling direction. Those ovoid headlights were starting to get very tired. Much more aggressive and purposeful looking. However, I would like them to re-consider the way the hood fits on the body. I like the fenders to wrap up and over to meet the hood, instead of the hood wrapping down onto the fenders. It reminds me way too much of the last gen Silverado pickup. But overall the new C is secccccksie.

I'll agree with that. The new C's do look very nice, but until they put together a decent engine and a proper transmission, I'll pass.

I am between the BMW and the C class. Well all three are awesome cars. During the world cup in Germany my father rented the new S class, granted it was diesel, but it was an AMAZING car overall and I wouldn't mind having one. The new C class looks awesome, and seeing how MB's interior and ride quality are with the new family GL they are really starting to grow on me. So I do not know what to vote for. But it would be between BMW and MB for me.

Im not digging the 4 door M3 so im gonna have to go w/ the RS4, especially since i had the pleasure of seeing one and hearing one....that V8 sounds delicious...

I see 3 votes but 6 posts. Come on people.

You all know what one I voted for.

sadly, no. The e46 M3 was hot (being as it was a coupe) I dont care for the new one as a 4-door... thats the M5s job...

Actually its not the M5's job to fill the entry performance sedan segment. BMW decided to bring a M3 sedan to market because it was its the best selling M3 out of the e36 run. When the e46 came out BMW dropped the sedan and actually regretted not marketting a e46 M3 sedan. So they sold the 330i ZHP (Performance Package) as a stop gap until the e90 M3 appeared. I think its a good thing and why not? The RS4/S4 and C63 AMG are sedans why not have a M3 sedan?

VOLVO S60R gets my vote:)

I'm a big fan of the R Volvos. Sad to see them killed off. I'd love to get a V70 R. They don't really compete with these cars, though. S60 R is much closer to the 335i and S4 than the M3 and the RS4.

true. Some things to keep in mind that differentiate are AWD vs. RWD and FI vs. NA. All have different fortes. the RS4 though handles like crap due to the largley overweight motor. The Volvo will out handle that all day long. Also keep in mind the volve has larger brakes and brembo 4 pistons on all fours. Finally, the volvo gets fulll tq at 1650 RPM and hp far sooner than those high revving V8's. Plus you can always throw out the card that if you spend the $$$ difference on mods it is better. the ONLY reason that the MS6 could not hang with tat card played is the interior quality. the volos is better than the 3 in the poll.
