3rd time pulled over in my CX-7

Yep, I've had my CX-7 since september 31st and I've got two speeding tickets (68 & 95 in a 55) annd last night, I was driving home at 2 a.m. and got pulled over for "crossing the shoulder line." He talked to me and my best friend and his girlfriend in the back seat for a while and before he left he said...."Ya know, the big bright tail lights and white license plate lights really grab our attention."

I had 2 speeding tickets last month that happened within 10 days apart. Cop said my car color (Electric Blue) was very noticeable so I was singled out. I was going 63 on a 50. Didn't know that color is an indicator of speed nowadays.

That is why i will never buy a blue, red, orange, yellow car. I already have trouble with cops with a black, and a grey car. But what am I saying I plan on buying a white STI, like that wont stick out in a crowd!

I wish I could Drive slow, sorta got a lead foot. I'm surprised i did not get any tickets yet. Usually when I think I'm doing 45 I look down at the speedo, and I'm doing 10, to 15 mph over, guess I still got to get used to the car.

Back in the day (1990), when I had my red 300ZX Twin Turbo, I got pulled over all the time whether I was doing anything, or not. The 1995 DGGM (Dark Green Grey Metallic) Impala SS I had seemed to be immune, however. And, we never got pulled over in my wife's purple GTP, either. Seems some cars are marked. Never thought a little CUV would get the attention of any police. Mine has been immune, so far.

Pulled over once, but the cop thought that keyless ignition was really cool, so he gave me a warning.

The color of the vehicle may catch their eye but if you do the limit I doubt it matters! ;] I have had a red Protege 5,silver RX 8 and now elec.blu CX 7...no tickets yet...only one in the RX 8 and it was not about color or car even....Monday night in the winter 9 pm....going 42mph in a 25mph in a quaint downtown area near me...I thought it was 30 mph but for two short blocks it was 25....oh well. I try not to drive more than 10 mph over. hard though the 7 is so smooth!! Zoom, Zoom!

My red miata was a co magnet (mostly got the mal ojo - evil eye) and I have been taken to jail for "racing" in my blue miata. yeah...he said I was "trying to make the cars behind me catch me" (notcool) and I was going 45 down a residential street (I did admit speeding in a 35) but I was comig to a dead ended stop sign (read: I was slowing down and there was no way I was gonna dukes of hassard it across the curb in front of me). But the cop did almost smash the front of my miata trying to "stop me" at my outrageous speed of almost 10 mph) at the stop sign.

Yeah my lawyer got the charges dropped but jail sucks.

Liquid Platinum seems to be a good color to not attract attention. (2thumbs)

He should have gotten black. My coworker has one in black and she drives insanely fast but has never gotten a ticket in it.

well nothing i hope!!! i went today to the lawer paid 116 and i need to go to the court in one month to get a class from a judge why i was driving insane!!
