2025 CX-5 infotainment confusion

On my 2016.5 CX-5, the maintenance "application" has sections for oil change and tire rotation intervals, each of which can be configured for whatever mileage I choose and can be reset independently as needed. I just bought a 2025 CX-5 and I see only a configurable "service" interval and a fixed oil change interval at 7500 miles. There does not appear to be anything for tire rotation or other maintenance and there does not appear to be a way to change the predefined oil change interval.

The other questions concerns music. While playing anything via bluetooth on my 2016.5 CX-5, there are audio controls on the same screen as the item playing. That is, pause/play, back, forward, seek, and others. The same as every other audio player I've ever seen since the invention of computerized audio reproduction with a screen based interface. On the 2025 CX-5, there are no such controls displayed when I change to the "music" screen. There is only the track metadata and a large, annoyingly bright, distracting "Powered by Gracenote" icon. To get audio controls, I have to open a separate menu manually each time I want to use them.

I'm hoping I'm missing something and this is not just how it is now because these are huge downgrades as well as just being dumb approaches.
