Ok sorry , this keeps showing up & my radio keeps changing or going into other apps when driving g down the road.

How did you get "need system update" from that? You need to take it back to the dealer and have them diagnose and fix it.

A system update probably wouldn't resolve this type of issue. It could be an issue with your battery. When was the last time you changed it?

At 160k mi and 5 years old, you're probably no longer under warranty. Maybe try taking it to an Autozone or Napa store to see if they can pull any error codes?

160K miles? Where did you see his/her milage?
If the battery was changed last year, perhaps there's an issue with the battery terminal connectors? The symptoms sure look battery related.
