2017 CX-5 High pitch noise when accelerating

I recently bought Mazda CX-5 2017. The car has high pitch noise when accelerating. I tried to push the throttle pedal when doesn't move - doesn't have noise. Just when it moving. It's seems for me it's like noise goes from dashboard(driver side), when I get closer to dashboard, looks like noise from there. But I'm not sure.
I don't think it's noise from wheel bearing. I heard it before, it's different.

I read forum similar threads but didn't find solution.

Guys, help please

Does this happen when the heating or a/c is on AND off? I had a similar issue and it ended up being a small piece of leaf in the cabin intake blower under the dash. It’s fairly simple to remove the blower motor and clean the filter out - if that sounds like it could be it?
Here’s a video

If that’s not the case, no idea what it is.

Does the noise change when you brake? Make sure there is not a small rock or gravel between brake rotor and pad.
