Anyone know if the 2016 Headlights, Taillights or fog lights will work on the older model CX-5s?
Selfishly I am most curious about them working on a 2014 GT with Tech package
The LED headlights might be a hard one to swap. Not sure of the PWM (Pulse Width Module) and control unit is integrated into the housing. I doubt it, especially since it now has high-beam control. I would like to see someone be able to swap it.
Taillights seem like one of the easier swaps unless the bowl shape is different. Like in past Mazda mid-life revisions, even a small difference in taillight design change requires some cutting of sheet metal to a swap.
