I need some guidance, after following the steps to prepare the USB. I put the USB on and acc my cx9, after the options came to the screen, I just chose terminal and the screen becomes black. I'm on 74 OS and I already try a couple of things but nothing seems to work.
- Pressed the mix of buttons to restart/reset the HU
- reverse + nav + mute
- max out the dimmer cluster
- Pressed vol for certain time
- disconnected the battery for 5 min
- checked a blown fuse
Btw I noticed that it is just the back light of the screen bc I tried connecting my phone to get Android Auto and I was able to see the shapes of AA plus music from my phone started (any other audio source is working)
Anyone has any other idea?
