2016 CX-9 Repetitive rattle noise on uneven roads/bumps

2016 Mazda CX-9, 70k miles, has developed a repetitive rattle clunk noise going over bumps/ uneven road...With it off the ground, I was able to get a noise from shaking the pass side control arm, but I didn't know if that corresponded with my specific driving noise.

Is the windshield cowl plate TSB noise ONLY a turning noise?

What's more common on these, control arm bushings or is there also a swaybar link issue?

I have a similar issue, hearing a clunk while going over bumps. It's now also pulling to the right while accelerating and to the left while breaking. Otherwise I don't notice anything. When the weather gets better I might have a close inspection, but I suspect the control arm.

I've replaced control arms on other vehicles. Is there a write up for the 2nd gen CX-9s? What brand of control arm do people recommend? I've had the best results with MOOG parts but last time I checked Rock Auto didn't carry a Moog lower control arm for the 2nd gen CX-9. Also, anyone got the torque specs handy for all the bolts I'll need to remove/replace? Thanks.
