2016 CX-5 rear camera - Black screen after update - Help

Maybe someone have this problem
i updated my cx5 2016 to ver 70.000.100 EU from 56.... EU
The rear camera working well after the update
But day after its stop working and when i change to Reverse its show black screen
Its happen to someone? I need to update to 74? Or its camera problem
What can i do?

Were your CX5 produced for NA originally?

try to update to 70.00.367 first or whatever the eu equivalent (latest 70.00.x) to that is.
There were some fixes for the cam if I recall in between 70...100 and latest 70....x

The vehicle was created in Japan but is sold in Israel from the official importer (not a personal import). the original ver is 56... EU

I updated to 74.... and its the same issue.

When i do Factory Reset the camera works fine
But after that if i turn the engine off and lock the car and wait 3 min unlock the car turn the engine on then the camera stop working and show black screen.. but the Reversing sensors works fine.
Maybe its the sensors make this thing?
Or it samthing with the volteg? I dont know

2012 cx5 uk my camera has blue screen couldnt get the reset to work changed the camera no no blue screen and the camera still not working

how do you get to the screen in the above message
