I have a 2014 CX-5 Touring, ordinary factory installed (Sanyo) sound system. Yesterday, while using my LG G3 smart phone to play music via bluetooth (BT) the sound suddenly went silent, but the dash display still show the song title, clock was advancing like normal. I switched to FM radio, and it worked fine with no issue at all. I disconnected and reconnected BT and played the song again, same problem happened. Powered off and on the phone, still had the same issue. Off and on the car engine also did not solve the problem. I then un-paired the phone, paired again and the problem still persisted. Can someone who have encountered the same problem but solved it tell me the solution? Thank you.
