Hello! I bought a 2011 mica black MS3 a few months ago. I am not new to turbo cars so I am hoping to contribute and learn more about the MS3 as well.
I had an 89 MX-6 as my first car which was great! Never had a problem other than the clutching going out which I do not consider a problem since it was a wear item. I ended up getting 90K out of the OEM clutch on that car and sold it for a 3000GT VR-4 and saw the person who bought it driving it around for a while.
I've owned a twin turbo Supra which I built up to a T78 single turbo that put down 720RWHP and had a ton of upgrades...too many to list but I built/tuned it myself. I used to tune quite a few Supras since I knew how that motor responded to various fuel/boost adjustments. I started the big Supra meets, first one I put together was in Baltimore where we had nearly 100 Supras. From there I put together several other meets and eventually, handed it off to the Texas crew where Peter heads it up. Of course, I no longer have my Supra so i really do not keep up with them anymore.
I also have an 09 370Z which the wife mostly drives since she works part time from home, I'm eventually going to put a supercharger or maybe a turbo kit on that car. Depends on whether or not a shop figures out how to upgrade the transmission though. That car is mostly stock with the exception of the K&N drop ins along with a custom GRiP full exhaust.
I'm in the N. Va area (Woodbridge) so I'm looking forward to hopefully meeting some other MS3 owners and learning more about the car. Right now I have a K&N intake and I'm planning on adding the corksport exhaust (mostly for sound) and rims. I want to gain a little more HP but I do plan on keeping the car more or less close to stock to keep the reliability up.
I race road bikes (cycling) and motorcycles (supersport/superbike) but I am currently taking a break from racing motorcycles and may be switching to lightweights or supermoto.
