2009 Mazda6 (No Bose) Amp - Power Wire Install / Head Unit & Speaker Install DIY

Looking to install sub and an amp into my 2009 Mazda 6 (No Bose) Does someone know a good place to run the amp power wire through the firewall at?

Also if anyone has any good DIY (with pictures if possible) for speaker instal, and head unit install that would be helpful.
