On September 28, 2006 Ford will introduce the new 2008 Super Duty at the State Fair of Texas. A strong media contingent and a select group of long-time Ford Truck customers will see Mark Fields and Al Giombetti unveil the most capable truck ever built. The truck will be lowered from a sky-high construction crane, making a dramatic entrance in an environment that Super Duty owns the construction site. The event will culminate with Toby Keith driving onstage in the all-new F-450 pickup while his new Ford Truck song plays for the first time in public. ffice:office" />

That is staggering!(omg)

I guess the idea is that when have to move just wrap a toe strap around your house and drive off with the sum b****.

Wow. My car can tow like 500 lbs(maybe) That's pretty close right?:)
Diesels sound cool with a 5 inch straight exhaust, the turbo is VERY loud.

650 ft-lbs at 2000rpm? yoikes.

not a huge fan of the headlights (i think the current SDs are great-looking), but that is a mean sumbitch truck.

We've got a 2002 F-350 Crew Cab with the V-10 and over 500whp and almost 600 lb/ft of torque, but I want one of these. I'll take an F-450 please!

And by many new and innovative features, does that mean the ability to stay in one piece and not light on fire? And by inconceivable capacity does that mean the capacity to save Ford Motor Company from bankruptcy?

They are meant to inspire fear and terror in drivers of puny economy cars everywhere.

Move over or be crushed!

Luckily the beast will run out of gas before it can catch us!

nope...we get 350-400 miles per tank...ford diesels get well over 400 miles per tank.

and people do use these...they're not most people's daily drivers...they're meant to be worked. most of the customers i've sold super duties to either work with them or just drive them to tow their toys.

Ask long as they are being used for what they were build for and not to have just for the sake of drivng a big truck. And as long as they realize that they are driving soething capable of grinding my little P5 into the pavement and tehy drive carefully, I'm alright with them.

Funny, most of the people here who drive full sized trucks drive them because they have small dicks or small tits.
