2008 CX-9 - CV axle removal - Need help without SST

Hello,

Looking for advice, driving a 2008 Mazda CX9 GT. I have a bad passenger side CV Axle and need to remove it. But according to service manual, this side has join axle and need SST (special mazda tool) to remove it the CV Axle from the join axle. Wonder has anyone removed without the need of SST? If so, what tool or method to remove it.

Any help would be great.
