I have a Mazda 3s (2004) and only the driver's door will unlock using either the key fob or the interior door lock button. When I use either the key fob or the door lock button to LOCK the door(s), all four of my doors will lock. It is just when I use the key fob or the interior door lock button to try and UNLOCK the doors, only the driver's door will unlock.
I looked at a lot of different posts online but I never have seen what the actual cause of the issue could be.
I've pulled out the fuses and they are in good shape so I know that is not the cause.
When I try to unlock the doors, I do hear the normal sound that you hear when you lock/unlock the doors. There's no whirring, just the "click".
Has anyone come across this issue? With three of the four doors failing to unlock it sounds like it might be electrical rather than a mechanical issue?
