psssstt........hey don't tell anyone, but zmzmp5 has a gun to my head right now! (nervous)

j/k I just believe in the product. Plus Brian has put a ton of time into this product, not to mention the time for the refinement for the GENIII lights. (rockon) Well if you guys do get them you will be satisfied. ;)

Hey everybody!

So, I spent about two hours last night building the final four GII assemblies for the PL-362W lights (5"). I did the attached brackets a bit differently than what I did for II and Kev so that the lights are angled inward (lines up straight with the headlights now). I literally had my bench grinder going for a half hour or so. I also utilized a new paint that contained epoxy in it which appears to be super kick ass mf'n cool! It's similiar to powder coating, and a little shine to it. Very durable. I will use this paint going forward for everything I do. I have 1 out of 4 sets already sold. I have 3 sets available. I will be sourcing the lights shortly and would really like to source all 4 sets instead of going back and forth to the store. So far, it appears that these lights will go out Friday (Monday latest) to those who have bought and will buy these things today. (I have to balance work and family life too).

It appears the G3 final product will be in my hands in the next week or so. Awaiting updated detail.

Have a great day everyone!

- Brian

II/Kev - how do you guys like the light output of the PL-362W's. Would you be so kind and take a 20 feet away from the garage door picture for me?

I love the output, very brite. Makes my headlights seem dim. Now I'm going to get some of the platinum headlight bulbs so they match. (naughty) I can do that for you.

Hey guys thanks for the props for the movie and pics. My wife came out and was like HUH? lol (hah)

Anyway Brian the light output is great but I will take a pic after I get them aimed cause that far out it doesn't look like much. I am eagerly waiting for the adjustable bracket.

Oooops! you mean it's too late for the 4'' fogs? I figure it'll look better on the titanium if we allow some of the bracket (ie some black) to show through, reason i was primarily aiming at the fogs..... by the way how many amps do they take? thanks and sorry for the inconvenience...

seems like in every pic the foglights' lenses are blue.....
or is it just because in every pic they are on a blue car?

EDIT: actually looking at the actual site with side-by-side pics, both fog lights have blue element of some sort.

are there fogs that fit this kit that are just white, with clear glass?
and i'm not talking about the light output, the lens and the assembly itself....

is there a deadline for these things? I've had a s*** load of bad luck lately that's consuming every cent I get. House problems....things you don't expect, accidents etc.

And someone ran into the car today.....:( See other thread.

Sorry to hear about your luck Newf. Hope things turn around for you.

Victor, the lens color is blue, but the light is white. We have the Blue LED's on in our pics too. ;)

Not too late for the 4" fogs - they will be strictly sold with the G3 kits (available soon).

The 5" is available now (3 sets left).

All products will be ongoing.

Am I the only one who has paid for set Since Savy and Kevd? Come on guys I didn't even need all these clips and movies to convince myself to buy em. I just needed the cash, now I do and I am pumped...Grow some (nuts) ...

Here is the install of my switch. Take a look:

I've been lurking around this post since the beginning and will probably buy real soon.

Quick question: Do any of the kits offer a light without the halo ring?

EDIT:
One more thing, I want light output to look as close to my headlights as possible so the fogs don't stand out too much. What I mean is, I don't want blue fogs with my stock white/yellowish headlights. How much different are the ones offered from stock headlight bulbs when looking at them in person?

How soon, as in early next week? I also need to know the amperage of the fog lights please... thanks

Hey everyone!

Answer some questions:

a) There is no listing anywhere via the manufacturer per the amperage of the fogs. They are 55 watt bulbs (standard H3).

b) I am at the mercy of the Laser Fabrication company in regards to when they will cut and ship the G3 brackets. I have no specific ETA as of yet, but a hunch that I should have them sometime next week.

c) I still have *3* sets of PL-362W assemblies ready to go. I am going to pick up a set of the lights today for hazeXban to possibly ship out tomorrow/Monday (latest). I actually like these brackets as I spent much more time on the assemblies and different kind of paint than what I sent II and Kev. They are spiffy.

d) I personally am not a fan of 5" halo's - though they are kind of cool, so in regards to any non-halo larger than a 4", I am still trying to find them. I am hoping that in the next month or so I can concentrate on offering the Catz line of product to work with the G3 assembly. This is more $$$ - so there is a lot of justifcation here for the amount of interest/actual-people-who-buy.

e) When I do receive the G3 brackets, the web page will be updated, and I would like to close the thread at that time and create a new fresh one - does this sound appropriate?

Have a great day!
