2002 MP5, 64k miles price?

Looking at getting a 2002 MP5 with 64k miles from a dealer. Asking price is 6,400. I drove it before they did their "inspection" and they are replacing a bad wheel bearing, cracked windshield, radio had a loose connection, and battery needed to be jumped. It is a very small dealer and he said he got it from another dealer. I am wondering how this price sounds and if these problems they are fixing point to more problems in the future. Under the hood doesn't look like the cleanest either but that's comparing it to my S4.

Any suggestions on a purchase?

Thats too much, i bought mine for 6,000 and it was MINT MINT MINT. Negotiate that price, look at all the repairs they have to make O__O

Depends on the condition of the vehicle. The price is about right for the mileage, but if it's not in at least "good" condition it's not worth that much.

I bought mine from a private seller last summer for $7000 with 36k (!) and it's in pristine condition.
