2001 MP3 Stock Great condition

Stock with exception of the Clunk fix bracket which stops the normally repetitive replacement of sway bar bushings.

Car was purchased 1 year from original owner (friend of mine). All maintenance was done at dealership. Original owner is a VW/Audi technician (connected to Mazda). He drove it 105mi each way to work. I purchased car to use for 35mi each way commute to work and to get great gas mileage (28-32mpg). I am selling now that I purchased a home (need a truck) near my work and no long have a commute. Car has 138,500 miles on it and looks and drives great. Timing belt replaced at 120,000 mi. All maint. records in nice documented binder. New factory clutch and all needed parts to replace in box (got from original owner for future replacement and I didnt need to replace yet either).

Super-clean! Good luck on the sale. Wow...u might wanna drop the price just a little, though, but I understand. That's why I would never sell mine...it's got 173K on it and it's worth more to me than it would be to anyone else.

Was the front bumper repainted because it looks to be in REALLY good shape? My car has 110,000 miles on it and it doesn't look nearly as good.

man I love the cargo net.... ha

never thought I would like them until I got the one in the Mazda. Worked great for keeping anything from rolling around and never got in the way of putting anything in there.


never had the bumper repainted... somehow managed to not get screwed up... probably because of the same 225mi round trip work drive on a very new highway....

haha we'll see how it goes(price-wise there are 10 mp3s on autotrader for around $8-11500 with 48-100k). Id hope id get something near what im asking since the car is in great shape owned by an employee from the dealership up until 115,000mi... does 135k seem like a ton of miles even with maintanence?

selling it because I just bought a house closer to work and could use a truck to haul stuff for finishing my basement...

Ill miss the gas mileage but its only 7 miles to get to work instead of 35 each way.

I also have a mustang sitting around that I rarely drive.. hopefullly this winter ill get some time to get some more parts put on that are sitting around and get to the dyno. Might end up selling that too next summer... Never thought id be the guy buying the house and selling the cars but a truck would be nice.

You would hope to get that. Mine had 95k miles on it and we couldn't get anything higher than 7k for it. Mine was in the same condition yours was in and it was all up to par on maint.
