Any plans with the top front grill? I was going to leave mine open too, but I customized it with the OEM mesh from a bottom grill. Little work, but matched perfectly.

Nah, I never understood shaving the door handles. It's not like it looks good. And it certainly isn't functional.

I agree. But if you're shaving stuff you might as well do it all. I think doing just the hatch looks odd.

I normally love shaved door handles, etc but the P5 doesn't look right without them. Sev, you have my favorite p5 on the boards now, though i do say ditch the D2's and get something else.

ive seen ppl rig up a way to unlatch the hood from the under the car to get in and put a new battery in but im loving the look of the car. my orginal plan for my car was air bags but decided to go a diff route. but im glad to see other ppl doing the low rider-esque themes. you def have my vote for ROTM

Plate thing is cool but I couldn't justify the price, I might try and do some custom hinge that I could manually swing it back whenever, I don't like my plate placement so much either

I like shaved door handles, but I don't think so on a 4 door. I got some mesh for my grill too, I couldn't find an oem grill to cut out so I got some metal that matches the oem pattern pretty well.

You should make it so the rear plate sits inside the window on the hatch, Don't know if it would be leagal in your area but it would look sweet. Some carbon fiber eye lids would looks sick also. Maybe a carbon fiber hood as well but it is hard to choose since you have such a sweet paint job.
