yeah here in texas it is the law to have your licsense plate on the front and the back bumper so when i went to get my car they put the plate on the front bumper. what pissed me off is that i told them not to and they did it anyways saying it was the dealership policy and the law. screw all that on my last car i had that plate on the top right side of the windshield so it wasnt like i was breaking the law or anything but the question is now does anyone know how to replace these 2 little holes or should i just replace the #$$%% bumper or what?? anyone else have to same problem?? :mad:

I have the same problem, i dont have to have a front bummper license plate but the assholes didnt listen at the dealership. I believe that i am going to get some rubber garments or something to put in there and then use touchup paint to paint them. Take a look at the civics, they have something on the front of there bummpers, that when they dont use the front licensce plate there is a rubber piece that covers it. Anyone else have an idea?

Hey guys,

The 99-00 Civic Si came in Blue, and Honda sells a pplug that goes in the holes for cases like this. They actually look very nice when installed. I would order some of them from honda and put them on the bumper, the blues should match close enough. This is what I am planning to do.

@gonzo
hey, as u might know, i live in houston, TX.
My friend got recently pulled over for speeding and he had his licence plate
in the windshield... he got a ticket for the licence plate too!
Be careful! The cop told him that you are only allowed to have it in there temporary
(how does that dude define temporary?????)
Well, be careful!
(It was in Harris county...)
