2.3 replacing with a 2.5 jdm possible?

Can I replace a 2.3 millennia engine with a 2.5 millennia engine? I have a JDM engine that is like new and looking for a milli body for it. I wondered if electronics are the same for an engine switch. thanks everyone...I am new here!

Ecu and wiring are quite a bit different. The trans itself would bolt up as both share the same bell housing pattern.
