Thank you for the clarification.big_ben said:
Dont need one, the stock is PLENTY grippy enough. You may have forgotten, the S2000 is pretty much a streetable race car.
Don't need it, the S2000's exhaust is one of the most freeflowing OEM exhausts that is out. This is why you can pay $1000+ for an after market and only gain like 2hp, which can be attributed to dyno error.
Already has them.
Don't need it unless you go with a smaller pulley for more boost.
No, as long as you stay at the 6psi that the kit comes at, you should get around 100,000miles or more with regular prescribed maintenance.
I think I've proved this wrong well enough.
It's just a supercharger, you aren't rebuilding a motor here. It's not that hard, a day and a half of work at most.
There are LOTS of Vafc preset charts already available to get a decent temporary tune until you can get to a dyno to fine tune it. The Comptech kit has been out for 4 years now, there aren't any problems that haven't been worked out already.

No I am very certain I am aguning my point however close they may be

When i heard Jay say it I was in shock. That it could take a rod snapping (wow)big_ben said:Fiber Reinforced Cylinder Walls.![]()
