19 inch wheels. on an '08 MZ3 HB.

i was just wondering what effects would 19 inch wheels have on my car if i go from the stock 'Snowflakes' to 19 inch wheels..

- would i have to lower my car?
- would the tires rub?
- would the speedometer be thrown off?

depends alot on the tire size being used with that wheel
