18x10 Issues?

Other then rolling and possibly pulling the fenders, is there any issues that i might run into by running said size rims? I am also curious how ET will play into the equation as well. I understand what offset is and everything i am just not entirely sure how to apply it or how it affects anything. An explanation on either question ive asked will be greatly appreciated. My advice, don't do it. That being said, here is a pic of 18x10 +44 235/40/18 on my car in the rear.

Oh yeah, and I rubbed and the camber wear on the tires was ridiculous.
