18" or 17" Rota Sub Zero's - ?

Does anyone have these in 18" and do you have pics to show?
I'm thinking of getting the gunmetal or hyperblack for my ride..

What exactly does hyperblack mean anyway?

I have 17x7.5 and love 'em. Equinox has 18s, in gunmetal I think.

Natey get that car lower. It would look way better if you got rid of the wheel gap. I have no gap and I can still clear just about any bump.

Haha, I was thinking the samething. One thing is for damn sure though. If Rota was to make the Sub-Zero's in Hyperblack I would by them in a heartbeat.

Beware of offset in 18" diameter on Rota. You'll need to mod fender unless running some serious camber.

Alright melicha. You talked me into it.

I'm gonna drop it tonight. I need it a little higher than you and Rishie because of the HUGE speedbumps around my house, but I'll lower it another 3/4 inch or so.

bronze 18" rota subzeros, 48+ offset
2" SPOOL drop
215/35-18 tires

Word of advice, buy the subzeros from ARD(Rishie) or Spool, as proteges have larger axle caps on the end, so when you try to mount regular subzeros it wont fit over the rear axles. Spool and Rishie both sell subzeros with enlarged centers to fit. I bought mine from subydude.com and machined down my axles with a rotary grinder to make em fit.

btw the bronze rims... they look bronze during the day, gunmetal in the night, black at night and spinning, and in direct sunlight they look gold. I love em.

i got my stocks on power coated semi gloss blk now. keeping the car jdm/oem as possible.

How much did the powder coating cost? I have the whack ass polished wheels that the dealer threw in w/ my deal.

lol, thanks man i didnt mean the quaulity... thats great, i meant it's bad because you dont get to see the hole car to get a perspective of the rims on the car. another member here took it with there camera so im not sure what kind of camera it was? your right, the quality does look awsome though!

anybody have pictures of 17 or 18 in rota subzeros or rota attacks on a MSP or MP3? Color doesn't matter. I have a black msp and I'm thinking about getting either the subzeros or attacks in either gold or bronze, but would like see them on either a MSP or MP3.
