16 or 17" rims???? on my mp3

nah im going to go with 16" that blue one with the white 16" rims that is lowered made me decided on 16"s lol

Fair enough. Those wheels should look really good on your car! Are you lowered or on stock suspension?

i posted i was guna lower it to guys! ill prolly do coilovers idk it may be worth it to invest in a whole set up!

do you not have the 17" racing harts that came standard on the mp3? those wheels were a limited run and should be more desirable than those mb's you're considering.

They also weigh 50 lbs each with rubber. ;)

On that note, I have 6 of em, lol. Only 5 center caps tho...

Do ittt

yea but racing hearts are one of the ugliest rims imo. i would rather have thos and add a little more weight then have racing hearts.

I've been thinking about running smaller rims to accomodate race tires. I was wondering what the MSP could get away with. If I can fit 16's that's what I'll probably do. Most of the R-comps in my size (that are also not retarded expensive) are either a 15 or 16.

i have MSP brakes on my car, and i also used to run 15" steelies for the winter. i would venture to say that most 15's will fit, and almost all 16's will too.

Good to know. I would rather buy 15's, cause there's a guy down the road that sells used race tires for next to nothing. I can get 4 r-comps with 50% or more life left for around a hundred bucks.

cool- you could probable pick up a set of older 15" 626 alloys that would fit and be relatively lightweight, and cheap too.

I had a set of OEM fitment (15x6, 67.1 bore, +50 offset) steelies that came from a P5 for a winter set... Not "OEM" but essentially the exact same thing.

maybe OEM fitment, but thats diferent from "OEM". i would rather get cheap alloys over cheaper steelies for the weight savings.
