No, the timing mod won't do any damage, but I do suggest using fuel injector cleaner like every 2 tanks if you're going to be running 89 and above.

My last dyno was of the F2 intake (5/4), so my peaks are now 156whp/153wtq. The next dyno will be of the F2 header, should should be around mid june.

Could someone maybe post a step by step of the vtcs removal with a few pictures of the process i cant seem to find a good write-up on it anywhere. I just really wanna know what im gettin my self into and how much time i need to set aside for the project.

If I can get someone else to remove it who belongs to lvmazda3.com and is in vegas I'll take pictures while we do it. But most of them like cosmetic mods and audio equipment.
