I just wanted to get some opinions here.
The little engine in my Datsun B210 gave out on me earlier this week, and now I'm faced with looking for a new engine sooner than I expected.
One of my considerations is a rotary. I might have an opportunity to buy a 12A.
I have a standalone now (never went in the Datto, but all I need is another wiring harness), and I would rather go EFI.
Is it easy to find/buy parts for a 12A?
...Or am I better off trying to find a 13B from a second gen? The only reason I'm looking at the 12A is because I might be able to get it for less than $100, and it's not in that bad of condition.
My other option was to put together another BP with the spare parts I have left over from the Mild NA BP I'm slowly building. Eventually I would turbo it (the spare engine that would go in the Datto), but putting a rotary in it just appeals greater to me.
