10A Engine Fuse Blowing

MY 2002 Protege5 just died suddenly. Had it towed home. Cranks but no start. There is a 10A fuse in the box under the dash that blows every time I try to start the car. I don't know what it protects nor where to look for a short.

Any ideas?

Fuel tank is full.

Battery is charged and terminal connections clean and tight.
