Which torque specs? If you're rebuilding an engine you really should have some sort of manual on hand as there are many other things to be aware of besides torque specifications (i.e. crank free-play, bearing clearance, ring placement, etc). A Hanyes manual will set you back $30. If you f-up your engine, it's going to set you back a lot more.

The criticals:
Rod Nuts: 37-40 ft/lb (proper order is necessary)
Main Bolts: 40-43 ft/lb (proper order is necessary)
Head Bolts: 56-60 ft/lb (staged - proper order is necessary)
Crank Bolt (for SNC): 83.5 ft/lb (critical - incorrect in the FSM)
Crank Bolt (for BNC): 108-118 ft/lb

Others: http://www.miata.net/garage/torque.html

Disclaimer: Neither I, nor my remarks, are responsible for f-ing up your engine ;).
