08.5 Rattle between the radio, NOT piano black area *pics included*

I am having a rattle coming from this area.....where the green is circled...you can ignore all the other red parts....

As you know, the Ms3 has a very loud and drony exhaust stock...so When I'm driving and I decelerate in gear, it becomes real loud and that green area you can hear the rattle....when I press against it, the noise goes away

Was wondering if anybody else has this? I plan to take it to the dealership but wanted to check with everybody else....I don't trust the dealership monkeys too much...wondering if this was a quick and easy fix?

I actually took apart the entire radio and hvac controls, and found the metal clips that the screws go into (that hold down the radio, hvac controls) are loose and makes a rattling noise if you shake it.

So I threw down some electrical tape to shimmy it solid. Seemed to help, but months later it returned. I haven't taken it apart since, cause it such a tedious task.

Also, what should be noted is, I found one of the infamous squeaks in the knob of the hvac controls. It was loud as piss. So again, I shimmied some electrical tape and it made a world of difference.

I think a lot of people that think it's the seatbelt, or seat, etc... could have the same squeak issue here instead.

No, the seat is a different squeek as I have fixed that.

I need to address this squeak as well. I've read elsewhere that WD-40ing the seatbelt buckle bolt worked. What was your fix?
