03 P5 pops out of 3rd gear

I have an 03 Protege5, and occasionally, the shifter pops out of third gear when the revs are pretty low (i.e. when I should pobably use 2nd gear when turning a corner and I am too lazy to downshift). It pops out when I am applying the gas and easing up on the clutch as I accelerate. I tried to get the dealer to replicate it, and they could not, which is actually believable since it happens fairly infrequently. The problem only appears with the third gear.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if there is a way to get the dealer to look at it.
