how do you pop the deletes out?

I dont think it looks better im asking so i can measure the space behind them to ensure my fogs will fit

i feel more confortable with the ones from ebay , they look like there made out of better material , and also they are a bit cheaper ( price wise )

it was hard as hell to do this install . i need to buy some washers to hold the screws on the other end .now i need to find a good 12v source , any one know ? alejo_nin said the lowbeam were a good one

also i need to adjust the lamps a bit , it killed my car since i hooked it up to my fan wire so it only turned on when my fan was on :/
