01-03 Protege Headlights (MSP / ES)

Hey there. I picked these up as an extra set (maybe for a retrofit), but I don't need them or really want them around taking up space. There's a little discoloration in two spots on the passenger side lens (see pics).

Are these OEM or aftermarket? I can't really see the discoloration you're speaking of in the pic. Is it yellow? Any hazy/cloud up build up on these?
