Got mine for $34k cash OTD, for a 2016 GT with the backup sensors and remote starter. Wasn't too great of a deal by any standard but I didn't want to haggle at all.

You can do the update yourself if you're so inclined. I upgraded mine this morning before work. The process involves downloading two files, putting it on a USB, and running through some prompts on the screen. Not sure why your dealer will have problems on their end.

You may need to adjust the volume on the phone as well to get it louder.
