thanks eveyrone I think its the heatshield but it could be the hole where the piping goes down to the wheel fender. Any ideas anyone no how I could reduce this problem? This never used to happen before.

I am putting on my rims , they are not brand new. Is it important to have them balanced? Or could I just put them on? Is balancing necessary every time i put on my rims?

you'll be fine, I got the splash gaurd with my injen cai and it has rained like hell up here in the northeast and my car was fine, no problems at all. Just dont go through any deep puddles. The filter part is very well hidden. NEPOC MEMBER

yes I did reset the ecu but this has only happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks

Good Site I got my rims from them and they are legit site. If they werent good the Magazine Super Street would not recommend them. So go with them and I will would also recommend a bigger tires size it protects the rim better. Go with 215's
