As an update, took the car into the dealship this week to check the creaking seatbelt and sure enough it was the buckle. Service dept. had to order a new buckle and will be replaced under warranty. He said it is very common in the Mazda 3s, no so much in the CX-9.

I think you made the right choice. The test drive got us too, as well as the deep discounts from getting a dealer demo car. We went from a mazda 3 to the CX-9 and the transition was smooth because the 9 handles so well. post pics when you can. i'm always jealous of the crystal whites. Have fun!

This website is ran out of my local dealership in Seattle. I called them and they said that if you pay and order the part now, you would most likely get a call back saying that the Cargo Tray is not available and they would not process your order. He said to check back in mid-April.

Update -- Latest ETA from a local dealer is mid-April for the new cargo tray. I'll believe it when I see it.
