From what I understand, the Celica is being dropped because it is made redundant by the Scion tC. Stupid move, in my opinion.

BumbleG's mod disables the DRLs. The SPST switch is a seperate switch which you have to stick in your car, and when you turn that switch on, the DRL's are re-enabled.

You can seperate the front part of the cover and the back part (with all the junk plastic)...the cover will still clip into position, even without the rest of the plastic...there are 4 teeth things on the back plastic which clip into 4 holes on the front, just use a screwdriver and some...

I have no clue on a fix...I'm pretty bad when it comes to electrical stuff. It's not really a big deal though, as long as the light works as intended with regards to problems with the brake system (brake wear or whatever it is). But if anyone comes up with a fix it would be much appreciated.

I just did this mod last Thursday, so thanks to Bumble G for the how-to. Its great to be able to have control of all the lights. By the way, My e-brake light doesnt work either.
