    PCM replaced Thanks to Cheesehelmet for the guidance and Duffbuster243 for the part (an easy transaction). This took about 20 minutes to do. My friends cheap little OBD II reader made a connection and there were no codes! Tomorrow we take it in for inspection hopefully we can close this...

    I need to replace my ECU (PCM). It works great but I keep getting a "NO CONNECTION ERROR" and am thusly getting FAILED for inspection in NJ. All the wiring is good. I'm left with replacing the ECU. So far this is the best I've got for $85 shipped...
