Title pretty much says it. It's the 30 amp fuse under the hood for the ecu (#10 on the diagram or closest to the front). As soon as I turn the key to the on position the fuse blows. I've checked all the fuses and no other fuse is blown.

I was watching a do-it-yourself car show this morning and they were installing a new front sway bar on a S2000. Before installing the bushings on the bar they wrapped the bar with pipe thread tape where the bushings make contact to prevent squeaks. Any one try this or any like it?
