hey man are you the one with the white speed3. i have the blue one i think i met you at that car show that we had not to long ago.

i have to admit that i havent but from what ive read up on ive never really read of anyone hydro locking there car. ive only ever seen that from people washing there engines and not covering there filters.

ive never really heard of anyone getting hydro lock from their cai. its pretty well pretected. i dont really like the sri just because it is sucking in hot air from the engine.

for this car it definetly does add that much, and you will see why when you take the stock air box out. i have an aem cold air intake. it did add a good 15 to 20 whp. i havent really heard anything bad about any other cai. i guess it just comes down to which name you want on your intake.

Yeah I thought for some time that you could get them too, but that notion was de-bunked on one of the other forums (at least for the MS3 platform)...Nobody can find anyone that sells solids/blanks, anyway. If you know of a part number or a vendor that has some though, let me know! ill look...

hey they got some rx8 wheels for sale in the marketplace. other then that i would probably look at some motor mounts to get rid of the wheel hopp, and some sway bars. i have hotckis sway bars on my car and they work awesome.

if you can post up pictures of the rest of the fmic stuff i would be interested in buying it.

if you get all three motor mounts you wont really need a torque dampner. the motor mounts do a really good job of keeping your engine from moving. the only thing the torque dampner is going to do is give you more vibes in the cockpit.

yea bro look into motormounts. it helps out so much. btw make sure you wash that car underneath as much as possible. im stationed down here in spangdahlem and this last started taking its toll on my car.

its supposed to provide better protection for your transmission and it also makes your shifts alot smoother
