well i just went and looked at it and the rod on my WGA is really loose. so im guessing the clipped popped off of it and that could be whats causing it. does anyone know where i can get another clip?

when it runs it seems like its trying to hit boost but just cant. it still vaccums normal at idle and everything even when i floor it im lucky if i get 2psi i have the forged billet WGA but never got it installed. maybe i should just replace it and see if thats the problem?

what you mean? it also has random moments where it will start bogging real bad then out of normal it goes back to how it was running

so i just got a 56k mile mazdaspeed motor in and when i got it back i cant control the boost what so ever i have the apexi avcr boost controller on it and i have it set as off but im pushing like 16psi which is way to much for stock internals i dont wanna blow my motor again could it be a bad...

no dont get me wrong im not talking down on him or anything i guess you could say just bad luck with the motor but everything is cleared up now

i already took my valve cover off my old one so when i get my car back im swapping it over. the one thing im worried about is them hooking all my aftermarket stuff back on right. can you use the regular protege oil pan? not the plate with the oil return line it but the actual oil pan. my old one...

ya im reboosting it. i wish i could do it myself but i dont have the right stuff to do it. so if i am boosting the protege motor do i just need to swap the support plate and the oil return line? or is there more?

ya blew the old motor and mazdaspeed motors are really hard to come by. i have heard a lot about that there same motor besides the support plate and the oil return line. mazda is kinda sketchy about swapping in a regular protege motor. just wondering what exactly needs to be done to swap them
